Dr. Mary Franzen Clark

Dr. Clark earned her doctorate in Psychology & Counseling at Wayne State University. She was a founding member and is presently Associate Director of Alpha Psychological Services, PC. She specializes in women’s issues, marital counseling, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), OCD, trauma, and adjustment disorders. In the past she has served on the Board of Directors for the Christian Association of Psychological Studies, and currently is President of Michigan Association of Professional Psychologists. She has been an invited lecturer at Oakland University Graduate Counseling Program, University of Michigan Medical School and Wayne State University Medical School, and served on doctoral committees for George Fox Graduate Psychology Program (Oregon), as well as a speaker at psychology conferences nationally and internationally. Dr. Clark is author of Hiding, Hurting, Healing (Zondervan) and Together and Strong (iUniverse).
